PROSPECT

Prospect Logistics and Industrial Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust was established on 14 August 2020. On 18 August 2020, PROSPECT REIT was invested in the sub-leasehold rights of parts of land and buildings in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 1 (BFTZ 1), and listed on the Securities Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 20 August 2020.

On 21 March 2022, PROSPECT REIT approved the investment in the additional assets No.1 by accepting transfer of the ownership over the land, factory and office building (built-to-suit) in X44 Bangna Km. 18, located in Bang Chalong Subdistrict, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province.

22 March 2023, PROSPECT REIT has completely entered into the investment in Additional Investment Assets No. 2 by invested in 1) Leasehold right of parts of the land and ownership over parts of the buildings in Bangkok Free Trade Zone 2 (BFTZ 2) (Theparak Road) 2) Ownership over parts of the land and buildings in Bangkok Free Trade Zone 3 (BFTZ 3) (Bangna-Trad, Km. 19 Road)

Bangkok Free Trade Zone 1 (BFTZ 1)

Bangkok Free Trade Zone 1 (BFTZ 1) is strategically located on Bangna- Trad Road Km.23, and easily accessed from both Bangna- Trad Km.23 Road and Bangna- Trad Km.19. It is also near strategic ports, airports, and well- connected to major roads with transportation linkages between Bangkok and other provinces in all regions. As being a leading provider of high-standard warehouses and factories for rent with one-stop service solutions.

BFTZ 1 is announced by the Ministry of Industry as an industrial zone and granted the license to set up the Free Zone from the Custom Department.

BFTZ 1 has been operating in both Free Zone and General Zone.

There are 4 types of building to suit different needs of tenants: 1) Warehouse 2) Stand-alone Factory 3) Mini Factory, and 4) Built-to-Suit. Consisting of 63 buildings (185 units) with total leasable area 219,116 sq.m.

BFTZ 2 has advantages in travel and transportation. It is near strategic ports, airports, industrial clusters both Bangplee Industrial Estate and Bangpoo Industrial Estate, and well- connected to major roads with transportation linkages between Bangkok and other provinces in all regions.

Bangkok Free Trade Zone 3 (BFTZ 3) is located on Bangna- Trad Km. 19 Road, and easily accessed from both Bangna- Trad Km. 19 Road and Bangna- Trad Km. 23.
