PROSPECT

Prospect Logistics and Industrial Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust was established on August 14th 2020. On August 18th 2020, PROSPECT REIT was invested in the sub-leasehold rights of parts of land and buildings in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone (“BFTZ”), and listed on the Securities Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) on August 20th, 2020.

On March 21th 2022, PROSPECT REIT approved the investment in the additional assets No.1 by accepting transfer of the ownership over the land, factory and office building (built-to-suit) located within Bang Chalong Subdistrict, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province.

Bangkok Free Trade Zone “BFTZ”

BFTZ is strategically located on Bangna- Trad Road Km.23. , and easily accessed from both Bangna- Trad Km.23 Road and Bangna- Trad Km.19. It is also near strategic ports, airports, and well- connected to major roads with transportation linkages between Bangkok and other provinces in all regions.

BFTZ is announced by the Ministry of Industry as an industrial zone and granted the license to set up the Free Zone from the Custom Department. BFTZ has been operating in both Free Zone and General Zone.

There are 4 types of building to suit different needs of tenants: 1) Warehouse 2) Stand-alone Factory 3) Mini Factory, and 4) Built-to-Suit. Consisting of 63 buildings (185 units) with total leasable area 219,116 sq.m.
